1 tbsp of Butter
200g small pieces of lamb
2 tbsp yogurt
10g Coriander for garnish"
Onion Powder, Salt, Cashew Nuts, Ground Coriander, Melon Seeds, Sesame Seeds, Wheat Flour (Gluten), Sugar, Tomato Granules, Garlic Powder, Fenugreek Leaves & Other Ground Spices in varying proportions Manufactured in a facility that also handles dairy peanuts, celery, soya. May contain traces of Mustard.

"1 medium onion roughly chopped
10g (1 tbsp) Tomato puree
1 tbsp of Cooking oil
1 tbsp of Butter*
200g small pieces of lamb*
2 tbsp yogurt*
10g Coriander for garnish
*Replace with vegan/vegetarian alternatives if preferred."
1.      Marinate the lamb with contents of the pack and 2 tbsp yogurt and keep aside for 30 mins
2.      Heat 1 tbsp of oil and 1 tbsp of butter and add chopped onion and fry until it is golden brown
3.      Add tomato puree and cook for 10 – 15 seconds     
4.      Add the lamb and fry for 1-2 mins on high flame
5.      Add 500ml of water, cover the pan with lid and boil on medium flame for 30 mins or until lamb is cooked while stirring occasionally
6.      Add chopped coriander. Serve and Enjoy!
