"450g of diced Chicken,
2 tbsp of Butter,
10g of Fresh Coriander"

"450g of diced Chicken*,
2 tbsp of Butter*,
10g of Fresh Coriander
*Replace with vegan/vegetarian alternatives if preferred."
1. Mix the contents of the pack with 250ml of water and keep aside
2. Add 1 tbsp of butter to the pan, add chicken and fry on high flame till cooked
3. Add the premix, then boil for 2-3 minutes on medium flame while stirring occasionally
4. Garnish with a dollop of butter and finely chopped fresh coriander. Serve and Enjoy!
