Carolina Reaper chilli powder
This stuff is hot. Half a teaspoon in a full wok or ali pan gives a strong spicy taste and a bit of a kick. A full teaspoon for the same amount of food has a significant kick. Very good stuff, looking forward to trying it in different foods.
