In collaboration with the guys at The Independent Spirit of Bath, we added their specially selected single malt Scotch whisky to fermented chillies to create this unique Sriracha with a boozy kick! Ideal for stir-fries, meat, eggs and Bloody Marys this sauce will liven up your day no end!

Fresh Red Chillies (74%), distilled malt vinegar (from malted barley), Single Malt Scotch Whisky selected by The Independent Spirit of Bath (water, yeast, malted barley) (3%), garlic, chilli powder(1%), vegetable oil.

Check base for best before date, store in a cool dry place. Once open keep refrigerated and use within three months. Shake well before use!
