I make a lot of fermented sauces from my own chillies but decided to experiment with this because I love the taste of these peppers. I tried some of this straight out of the bottle on a bit of chicken and didn't waste any more time, I just use this as it is. If you are a fan of the taste of these pepeprs then you can just use this as a sauce as is, all I did was fill smaller bottles. I will definitely buy this again!
