A blended mixture of selected spices, a tawny mixture of peels and crushed spices with a warm aromatic, spicy flavour
Ingredients: Lemon Peel, Orange Peel, Cassia, Nutmeg, Cloves, Allspice Flavour
Directions: Pour 2 bottles of hearty red wine into a large saucepan. Add the mulled wine spices, add sugar to taste and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve warm.
