STEP 1:
Fry the sausage in low calorie cooking spray until browned.
STEP 2:
Add the red onion and garlic and fry for a further 3-5 minutes.
STEP 3:
Add the mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes, followed by the yellow pepper and combine well.
STEP 4:
Pour in the passata, chopped tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce and sweetener and combine, then add in the Sausage Casserole Kit and mix well. Simmer for around 20 minutes, until thickened
STEP 5:
While the sauce is simmering, cook your pasta according to the packet instructions.
STEP 6:
Mix the cooked pasta and sauce together and pour into an oven-proof dish. Top with your grated cheese and bake for 15 – 20 minutes.
