This variety is a cross between the Trinidad Moruga Scorpion and the Trinidad 7 Pod Yellow.
This cross was originally made in the UK.The pods resemble more of the Trinidad Moruga Scorpion but the big difference and very unique thing with the Bubblegum 7 is that the cap/crown of the chilli pod and also the stalk will turn light reddish color!! this is to our knowledge the only Chilli to do this, It also looks really awesome and different to any other Chilli plant.
Its said the name bubblegum comes from the flavor of the pods.
