Kashmiri Curry Mild.
A lovely rich mild creamy curry. Our Kashmiri curry kit is best made with chicken, lamb, prawns or fresh veggies cooked with onions and the spice mixture in coconut cream or yoghurt and dried fruits (optional). To complete the dish stir in a handful of blenched almonds and/or cashews near the end of the cooking course.

Dupiaza Curry Mild.
A sweet and mild curry ideal for those who don’t like too much heat. A Dupiaza is usually primed with lamb, chicken or king prawns. However, a Dupiaza can also be a vegetarian recipe where cauliflower or potatoes are swapped for the meat and become the main ingredient to sit alongside the onions.

Tikka Massalla Curry Mild.
The combination of our blended spices going into this creamy, tomato-based sauce is so seamless; it makes your curry burst with flavour. Our spice blend includes Garam Massalla, Cumin, Ground Coriander and Turmeric. A lovely, thick and creamy sauce.
