This vindaloo curry powder can be used in any curry dish to add the flavour and heat, simply fry an onion, add a teaspoon of the mix and add meat and veg for the basic curry, from here add and adjust as suits
No salt in this curry powder, as with all our seasonings this is about the flavour and aroma and not about flavour enhancer, this is all natural curry powder.
